What are your shipping restrictions for alcohol?
We ship to select states where local laws permit the direct shipment of spirits. All deliveries require an adult signature (21+) and a valid government-issued ID upon arrival.
How do you ensure bottles don't break during transit?
We use industry-leading, reinforced packaging specifically designed for glass bottles. Each order is double-boxed or fitted with custom molded inserts to ensure your rare finds arrive in pristine condition.
Can I return a bottle if I change my mind?
Due to safety regulations and the nature of food and beverage products, all sales are final. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or the incorrect item was sent, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Bonded Bottle Shop only ships within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to accommodate international connoisseurs in the near future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and picked up by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are the bottles listed on your site currently in stock?
Yes, our inventory is updated in real-time. If a rare bottle is listed as available, it is physically in our climate-controlled warehouse and ready for dispatch.
